The customer has the right to withdraw from this purchase agreement within 14 (fourteen) days, without giving a reason. The order cancellation period expires after fourteen (14) days from the date when the Customer or a third party other than the carrier has received the goods. If a consignment consists of several goods delivered in several consignments, the right of withdrawal shall take effect from the moment the last goods are received. The customer covers all costs related to the return of the product.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform CORETTI (see contact details below) of the decision to withdraw from this agreement by explicit notice (eg letter or e-mail).
For the purpose of order identification, when exercising your right of withdrawal, please indicate the Customer’s name and contact information (address, telephone number and e-mail address), order number and goods you wish to refuse for return.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer must send a notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Please note that return is only possible for goods that have not been used or show no damage. If the product is damaged or used, CORETTI does not need to be replaced or taken back. Please note that the packaging of the product must not be damaged in order for CORETTI to accept the exchange or return.

Upon receipt of delivery, the Customer has 14 days to exchange the order. Exchange is possible only if the requested product is in stock. As soon as we receive the item, we will exchange it and send it back to you. There will be no other costs.

Refund of the purchase price
The purchase price is refunded with the same payment method as the purchase. Refunds can take up to 14 days. CORETTI will inform the Customer as soon as it has received the returned product.
If you pay by credit card, it depends on your credit card company how long the refund takes. The credit bill will be listed on the next credit card bill.
